Supporting your fund’s merger into Nuveen Municipal Credit Income Fund (NZF) is expected to provide you with the potential for higher after-tax earnings, lower total operating expenses (excluding leverage), and greater liquidity.
Merging into NZF is expected to provide you with the potential for higher earnings on a before- and after-tax basis.
A Special Meeting of Shareholders of the funds was adjourned to allow shareholders more time to vote and will reconvene on
