OXG secures new shareholder and funding

Further to the announcement on 1 September 2026, Vodafone Group Plc ("Vodafone") announces that Societe Generale S.A. has completed the acquisition of a 50% shareholding in its fibre joint venture in Germany, OXG Glasfaser Beteiligungs-GmbH ("OXG"), from Geodesia Holding S.à r.l.

The transaction secures a committed funding partner in OXG, enabling the continued expansion of its fibre network in Germany, while maintaining strategic flexibility for Vodafone.
