Explanatory Note

On October 30, 2026, Marti Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a partnership with CalmCar, a China-based provider of autonomous driving solutions, to bring autonomous driving technology to Company’s mobility platform in Türkiye.
